The photo I used in today's freebie is from my class from yesterday. I gave a class on making a purse or wallet from duct tape. I had so much fun teaching them!! It was, also, kinda nice being in the A/C there. Mine is on the fritz and I am just using fans for now. Boy, is it humid today again!! It was yesterday too. I guess I should be glad the rain is staying away so parts of the Rock River can come down. I am in lower WI and we still have parts flooded.

Busy day today but still have freebie!!

I had a class to teach today at the local public library. It was a class on making a duct tape wallet or a duct tape purse. 5 students, 3 boys making wallets and 2 girls making purses. I had a blast teaching these kids and in a few days I will be posting a few photos here, from the class. I am making a small duct tape kit to scrap the photos and probably will have a freebie from the kit.

Add On Freebie to Black Plaid Kit

Thank you to the ladies at DSO for making me feel welcome with my first mini kit I made for them. I had a blast!! One of the ladies made brag books from each mini kit and go HERE to download the set with mine in it. I'm sure if you go thru the old posts on her blog, you can find the other 2 sets and lots of other neat things there. She did an awesome job on all of the pages she made!

I was going thru my folders, getting ready to start a new kit and found these scalloped mats for the Black Plaid Kit. I included a close up of the edging on these mats.

New Kit With Freebie & New Brag Book Pages

I am finally back and have a new kit with matching brag book pages and of course, a freebie for everyone.

I decided to join the Color Challenge at DSO and see what I could come up with. I wanted to make a "themed" kit that is perfect for scrapping photos of your skater boys/dudes, skater chicks/girls or even your wanna be skaters! Well, it grew so big, I made a full size kit and 24 brag book pages out of it. The kit is for sale for only$4.99 and each set of brag book pages is $1.99/a set or $2.99 for both sets.



Today I am giving away the kit I posted over at DSO in the forum. Next few days, I will have some free QPs made from the kit. The link for todays freebie is at the bottom of this post.











Below are the previews of the kit and brag book pages. I made 2 previews of the elements, so as not to crowd them. All of the papers are 12" X 12" 300 DPI, JPG format. All of the elements are in PNG format, 300 DPI Go HERE to purchase them from my new store

The brag book pages are 4" X 6", 300 DPI. I split them into 2 sets because I realize some people may not need 24 pages to scrap with. Some may only want 12 pages.
